TruSculpt Flex delivers controlled electrical pulses through surface handpieces placed on targeted muscle groups. This stimulation mimics voluntary contractions that occur during exercise and can help support conditioning and muscle endurance over time.
Each session can be personalised with three operating modes that adjust frequency and intensity to simulate different contraction patterns. The treatment is non-invasive and typically completed within 45 minutes.
While some individuals may notice progressive firmness or improved muscle conditioning, results vary depending on baseline fitness, body composition, and lifestyle factors such as exercise and nutrition.
How It Works TruSculpt® Flex
TruSculpt Flex uses Multi-Directional Stimulation (MDS) to send bio-electric signals to muscle fibres beneath the skin.
These signals cause contractions that mimic voluntary exercise and can target multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
You may experience a warm or tightening sensation during treatment and mild fatigue for up to 24 hours, similar to a light workout. TruSculpt Flex is designed to deliver electrical muscle stimulation; individual experiences and conditioning responses vary.
-
Preparation – The treatment areas are cleansed, and applicators are placed on the skin.
-
Stimulation – Controlled electrical impulses are gradually increased to a comfortable level.
-
Contraction Cycles – The device alternates direction, depth, and intensity to activate muscles in different patterns.
-
Completion – After approximately 45 minutes, applicators are removed, and the skin is inspected.
